The main living area centres around an L-shaped sofa beneath sunlit windows, creating an inviting spot for morning coffees, conversation and movie nights with Netflix on the large wall-mounted TV. A second lounge offers extra space to read, watch a favourite show or set up a games area for younger guests.
At the heart of the home, the contemporary kitchen is equipped with a wide stone island and quality appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and French-door refrigerator. Nearby, a timber dining table with upholstered high-back chairs sets the scene for shared meals and easy conversation.
Perfect for sunny days, the backyard blends open space with comfortable outdoor living. An eight-seat dining setting beneath the covered patio is ideal for breakfasts, barbecue feasts and evening gatherings, while a shade sail adds extra shelter outdoors. The generous lawn provides plenty of room to play, picnic or enjoy the fresh air.
Five well-appointed bedrooms provide a restful retreat, each featuring soft carpeting, wardrobes and blackout blinds.
