Nothing was too much effort -every question we had was followed up promptly (like asking for a second inspection of this property within two hours of the first inspection and numerous negotiations with the vendors). The take-a-way brochure provided by the agency on this property is one that we have never come across before and was great to show and discuss with our family and friends.
